BACON ROASTED CHICKEN WITH LEEKS AND LEMON

Ingredients:

• 500 g bacon strips
• 6 pcs. chicken breast
• 300 g leeks strips
• 2 pcs. lemon
• 1 tsp. salt
• 1 tsp. pepper

Procedure:

• 1. Season with salt and pepper chicken breast wrapped with bacon strips leeks then drizzle with oil into roasting pan. Place the chicken breast then roast in oven until done.
• 2. Remove the oven then cut into portion size. Garnish on top with lemon wedges.
