MAGIC CHILI CHICKEN PASTA
Ingredients:
- 2 tbsp annatto oil
- 1 tbsp chopped garlic
- ¼ cup chopped onion
- 1 cup chopped tomatoes
- ¼ kg chicken breast fillet, shredded
- ¼cup Chili Sauce
- 1 85-gram can liver spread
- 1 8-gram sachet MAGGI MAGIC SARAP
- 1 cup water
- 1 pack All Purpose Cream
- pepper to taste
- 250 grams penne,cooked al dente
Procedure:
- 1. Heat butter in a large saucepan. Saute garlic, onions and tomatoes until limp. Add chicken, Chilli Sauce, liver spread and MAGGI MAGIC SARAP and cook for 2 minutes.
- 2. Pour in water and bring to a boil. Lower heat then pour in all purpose cream. Season with pepper to taste. Toss in cooked penne until fully coated in sauce.
