Ingredients:
- 6 pcs. hotdogs
- 500 grms. puff pastry
- 2 pcs. eggs
- 100 grms. flour
- 30 grms. vegetable shortening
Procedure:
- 1. Cut into 4 both sides of hotdog then flatten the puff pastry and cut five inches long by two inches (5x2).
- 2. Brush with beaten egg and place the hotdog and roll it.
- 3. Have ready baking sheets, brush with vegetable shortening and arrange sausage with puff pastry.
- 4. Brush on top with beaten egg then bake in oven for 30 minutes in 250°F or until golden brown.
