MAGIC SPAGHETTI SARDINA


Ingredients:

  • ¼ cup minced garlic
  • ½ cup butter
  • ½ cup Spanish sardines in olive oil, drained
  • 2 8-gram sachets MAGGI MAGIC SARAP
  • 1½ cups evaporated milk
  • 1 pack all-purpose cream
  • pepper to taste
  • 250 g spaghetti, cooked al dente

Procedure:

  • 1. Melt butter in a sauce pan. Saute garlic until soft. Add sardines and MAGGI MAGIC SARAP.
  • 2. Pour in evaporated milk and All Purpose Cream. Season with pepper and let simmer until thickened. Toss in spaghetti until fully coated. Serve warm.
