MAGIC CHILI CHICKEN PASTA


Ingredients:

  • 2 tbsp annatto oil
  • 1 tbsp chopped garlic
  • ¼ cup chopped onion
  • 1 cup chopped tomatoes
  • ¼ kg chicken breast fillet, shredded
  • ¼cup Chili Sauce
  • 1 85-gram can liver spread
  • 1 8-gram sachet MAGGI MAGIC SARAP
  • 1 cup water
  • 1 pack All Purpose Cream
  • pepper to taste
  • 250 grams penne,cooked al dente

Procedure:

  • 1. Heat butter in a large saucepan. Saute garlic, onions and tomatoes until limp. Add chicken, Chilli Sauce, liver spread and MAGGI MAGIC SARAP and cook for 2 minutes.
  • 2. Pour in water and bring to a boil. Lower heat then pour in all purpose cream. Season with pepper to taste. Toss in cooked penne until fully coated in sauce.
